5. How to Disconnect the App

If you no longer wish to keep your MarketVue account connected to HubSpot, you can disconnect the integration at any time. This will stop all data syncing between the two platforms.

Steps to Disconnect


1.    Log into your MarketVue account.

2.    Navigate to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot.

3.    In the top right corner of the HubSpot integration screen, click Disconnect HubSpot.


4.    Confirm the disconnection when prompted.


Important Notes

•    ? Syncing will stop immediately. No new data will be sent between MarketVue and HubSpot after disconnection.

•    ? Existing data remains intact.

o    All previously synced records will remain in HubSpot, including any leads captured through MarketVue.

o    MarketVue will no longer receive updates from HubSpot lists or push new leads into HubSpot.

•    ? If needed, you can reconnect the integration at any time by returning to Settings > Integrations and selecting HubSpot again.


⚠️ We recommend reviewing any active workflows or campaigns that depend on the integration before disconnecting, to avoid disruptions in lead capture or campaign automation.
