4. How to Use the App

Once configured, MarketVue automatically syncs lead and contact data between your campaigns and HubSpot based on the direction and rules you've set up. This enables seamless execution of both outbound and inbound marketing efforts, with no ongoing manual work required.


Automated Syncing

MarketVue keeps your data fresh and in sync without manual intervention:


  • Inbound (HubSpot ➝ MarketVue):

Contacts from your selected HubSpot lists are automatically imported into MarketVue for use in  Drip Campaigns.

o    Lists update continuously based on HubSpot list logic (e.g., contact property changes).

o    MarketVue checks for new contacts and updates every 5 minutes.


  • Outbound (MarketVue ➝ HubSpot):

Leads submitted through MarketVue’s lead-capture landing pages are automatically pushed into HubSpot as new or updated contacts.

o    Leads are added to the contact list you selected during configuration.

o    Submissions appear in HubSpot in near real-time.


? Once connected, no additional manual sync actions are required. MarketVue handles all data transmission based on your configuration.


Launching a Campaign Using a HubSpot List (Inbound Flow)

1.    In MarketVue, create a new campaign or open an existing one.

2.    Under Audience, select Import from HubSpot and choose your pre-mapped contact list.

3.    MarketVue will show the number of valid mailable addresses and flag any issues.

4.    Proceed with setting up creative and scheduling your mail send.


? Use HubSpot filters to target only qualified leads—like prospects in a specific lifecycle stage or territory—before importing into MarketVue.


Capturing Leads from a Landing Page (Outbound Flow)

1.    In MarketVue, create a Lead Capture Landing Page.

2.    Ensure the form fields are properly mapped to HubSpot properties (configured during setup).

3.    Launch the page and promote it across channels.

4.    Leads submitted through this page will automatically appear in HubSpot under the selected list.


? You can trigger HubSpot workflows (e.g., email drips, internal alerts) from these captured leads automatically.
