  1. Navigate to “Campaigns” section.

By default, you will see your recent campaigns.

  1. Click “Create new campaign” button  in the top right corner.

This will  open the campaign options screen.

  1. Add campaign recipients

Click “Add Recipients” to upload or select a contact list that you'd like to send the campaign to.

The cost of the campaign may vary depending on the subscription tier and the volume per campaign.

  1. Designate a return address

Click “Add return address” to use a preset return address or create a new one that gets saved to your profile.

  1. Select Creative

Choose a creative template from the "Creatives" section or create a new one.

  1. Dynamic fields: Templates may include dynamic fields like "Pet Name," which allows for customization.

  2. Tracking: Templates with phone numbers will require call tracking setup.

6. Add dynamic creative and tracking features

  1. Landers: If your creative template includes a personalized URL (pURL), you will need to associate it with a lander.

  2. Phone numbers: If using call tracking, you'll need to specify the phone number, which can be purchased or preset in the "Phone Numbers" section.

  7. Proof your campaign

Before launching, go through a proofing process to check image quality, copy formatting, and other elements. The initials during the proofing process should match those used during account creation.

    8. Launch (send) your campaign

You have 2 options to send our campaign:

  • Immediate send

Choose to send the campaign immediately and payment will be captured right away.

  • Scheduled send

Schedule the campaign for a future date. Payment will be captured 48 hours prior to the mailing processing date.

Please note:

  1. Postage preferences

These may vary depending on the size of the creative used. For example, a 4x6 might only go first class.

  1. Payment

Payment must be made before the campaign is sent. Coupons can be applied at the time of payment, if available.

Best practices

  • Post-campaign: Analyze data to gauge the effectiveness of your campaigns.

  • Optimization: Use the insights to tweak your future campaigns for better ROI.
